Pantry Plan is in early development. By using it, you accept the terms below, written in plain English and kept brief on purpose.
Pre-alpha disclaimer
Pantry Plan is in pre-alpha. Things will change, occasionally break, and sometimes lose state when we revise the local storage schema. Treat it as a useful tool, not a system of record.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable but we cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for any losses that arise from using it.
Recipe imports and copyright
When you paste a recipe URL, Pantry Plan fetches the page and extracts the recipe so you can save it for your personal use in your private Kitchen. You are responsible for ensuring your use of imported recipes complies with the source website's terms and applicable copyright law. We always preserve the source URL on every imported recipe and never strip attribution.
Imported recipes are scoped to your Kitchen. There is no public discovery, no cross-user database, and no sharing of imported recipe contents outside the members of the Kitchen they were saved into.
Acceptable use
- Use Pantry Plan for personal household meal planning.
- Don't try to bulk-scrape recipe sites through our import endpoint.
- Don't attempt to compromise the service, run security tests without permission, or use it to harass anyone.
Accounts and data
There is no account in pre-alpha. Your data lives on your device. See the Privacy page for the full shape of it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves out of pre-alpha. The date of the last revision will be noted here when that happens.
